Heat treatment

Correct heat treatment is consistently required for steel and many cast iron alloys. Analysis and heat treatment determine the ultimate mechanical properties of the casting. Allard-Europe has 4 gas furnaces at its disposal with fully computer-driven temperature control. Our furnaces are capable of heat treatment up to 1250 °C. Water, polymers and forced air are used as quenching media.
